Therefore, we emphasis a strong focus on core strength from day one of commencing exercise. Having a strong core is extremely important for lower back support as the deep abdominal muscles are a major player in providing the required support to prevent back injury. If your core is not strong, your overall body strength will be limited.

We offer online personal training via Zoom. This service is good for those who live in a remote area limited to personal training services. It is also great for those wanting to exercise in the comfort of their own home, receiving advice from a professional personal trainer.
